What a writing seat is
A writing seat is a person who creates or accepts work: writes a request, validates a breakdown, checks a task and accepts it. Anyone who only looks — a client, a colleague, a board member — needs no seat and costs nothing, however many there are.
Whose subscription pays for the AI work
The AI developers run on the AI subscription your team already has, on your team’s own computers, with the tools your developers already use. Beegait does not meter that work and does not bill for it. You pay your AI provider directly, as you do today, and you can see what the work uses.
Questions we get
Standard or Premium? Standard is everything a team uses day to day. Premium adds room and removes the time limit: 50 GB instead of 10, files up to 250 MB, 90 days in the trash instead of 30, no limit on how long an AI developer may work on one task, and a named address for support. You can start on Standard and move up when a limit gets in the way; the product tells you which plan lifts it.
Is there a trial? Yes: seven days of the Standard plan, on your team’s own computers and subscriptions, nothing to pay and no payment details to enter. During the private preview we open it for you after the walk-through.
Can we start hosted and move to our own server later? Yes. The project record is plain files; moving is a copy, and nothing is lost.
How do we pay? By monthly invoice, per writing seat. Online payment comes later; nothing changes for you when it does.
What if we stop? Your project record stays yours. Take the files and go; nothing is held back.
What does it cost to try on one computer? Nothing. The engine on your own machine is free, with your Beegait account.
